Bookkeeper/Office Manager
We are currently seeking a Bookkeeper/Office Manager for a full-time position in Indianapolis, Indiana. The successful candidate will assist a small team with scheduling and organization while gaining experience in the multifamily housing industry. They will be responsible for opening the office each day, maintaining an efficient office environment, and aiding with client reception as needed. Professionalism is a must, as we work in a highly regulated environment. Any industry-specific training will be provided on the job but a background in real estate or property management may be helpful.

Project Coordinator
We are seeking a Project Coordinator for a full-time position in Indianapolis, Indiana. The successful candidate will gain experience coordinating Uniform Relocation Act (URA) compliant relocations during multifamily renovation projects both on-site and remotely. Travel may be required for this role. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for planning, organizing, and documenting projects while maintaining communication with all parties involved. Time in the field may be physically demanding, requiring the Project Coordinator to be on their feet most of the day. Industry-specific training will be provided on the job, but a background in sales, real estate, or property management may be helpful. The ability to think on your feet, communicate well with others, and lead by example are crucial to success in this role.
