Our typical logistical planning is designed to provide a clear set of instructions so that anyone can execute them. However, when staff is not available First Phase Strategies can provide onsite staffing to oversee move days, interfacing with property management, movers, and residents before providing an “all clear” to the development team. All of our team members participate in Fair Housing continuing education and are experienced in customer service.
